Update: Liftoff of Falcon 9 at 4:49 p.m. ET! The mission carrying 49 Starlink internet satellites successfully launched on time as planned and delivered the payload to low-Earth orbit.

This evening’s mission will include an instantaneous window, meaning Falcon 9 must fly on time or find another window, most likely 24 hours later. This mission marks the Space Coast’s first of 2022 and 33rd for the internet-beaming Starlink constellation.
